Uganda Sipi Falls

Roasted three (3) batches of Uganda Sipi Falls. The roasts were stopped at the first sign of second crack. The first batch took almost 11 minutes so the temperature was increased at a quicker rate in order to shorten the roast time a bit.

Mixed them together, rested 2 and 4 days, and then brewed.

The coffee has a slight ashen taste at first sip and develops into a pleasant, mild nutty body. Not real exciting but not real offensive. It ends kinda flat and lackluster with a little bit of the ashen flavor as aftertaste.

The coffee is OK. Nothing out of the ordinary but not terrible.
